differencial lube
I need to add more fluid to the differencial, due to a minor leak. My question is......... do I add only the lube,......... only the posi aditive, or a combination of both? If I add both, what is the ratio of lube to additive mix?

How much do you need to add. If it is just a few ounces just add the lube. If it is a bottle 32oz then some additive is needed. Generally you need 2 23 oz bottles of lube to an 8 ounce bottle of additive.

At this point i'm not sure just how much needs to be added, but i'm guessing that it's pretty low. So if i'm reading you correctly, it's going to be about a 6 to 1 mix and while i'm here, any recomendations on the lube weight for mostly So. CA street driving?
