WHAT!? They never should have removed it, just masked it off. I agree with the above post. If they can't find it, deduct $$$ from their fee. Do you have pics of the original pad?
I think Paragon and maybe some other vendors make reproduction trim pads.

I think they are $250-$300, but what would bother me would be that just buying a repro trim tag wouldn't make the car "whole"... it would just have a recognizable trim tag instead of an original.
