Next step in my project are the brakes. I have 18'' rims and the drums don't look good at all. So if anyone has in good kits in mind. I could use the help finding the right brakes. Thanks

You might be on the wrong forum. Try the earlier forums. The C3's have disc. brakes.
When I was looking at the C6 when it first came out, the salesman at the dealership was kind enough to inform me that the one I was checking out had the rare rear disc brake option. He told me that all Corvettes had drum in back. Maybe his 1976 didn't get the rare disc brake option.

Are you perhaps looking for more attractive calipers and rotors since that's what you see through your larger wheels?

Alan

Guys... his "handle" indicates he is a fan of "neutral grain spirits" in the form of Vodka. Stolichnaya brand to be exact. Vodka makes me a bit lightheaded too, so let's show some compassion here. Stoli... your 'Vette has the right brakes... 4 wheel discs. If you think they're ugly, respond here and many people will have ideas how to make them both prettier AND work better. It's OK to ask, really!
