Cover up vin?

i think it's ridiculous too but then i wondered if i was being too "cavalier" about the safety of my cars. that's all. thanks for the help. oh, and if any of you want my vin, my ss# or my mother's maiden name just email me

A person could go to Carlisle just once and have the opportunity to copy down enough VIN sequences to last him a life time of scams.
Do any of the Vendors sell a VIN cover?

PS: I believe every ad for a car that appears in the FOR SALE section of the NCRS DRIVELINE must incude the VIN.
