You may have more severe issues than just rotted bushings. Check to see how much end play you have on the diff. yokes. If it's much past 0.50" plan on pulling the diff.
If that's OK, install new OEM bushings in th strut rods.
Strut rods are submitted to twisting forces (move the suspension through its arc without the spring attached and you'll see) so poly is not a good choice. Stick with OEM rubber here.

Leave the poly to "2D" rather than "3D" applications, such as control arm and anti-roll bar bushings, or step up to to heim-jointed struts w/o eccentric adjusters if you're into upgrading things. And, yes, check the yokes for excessive play.
I had a freakin' yoke clip MISSING when I took mine apart... no wonder it was cornering like crap. Check the yokes - THEN replace the bushings.

I found a yoke that didn't even have a groove for a clip in my diff. My car was darting into oncoming traffic whenever I would hit the gas. A bad yoke combined with other worn suspension bushings can make for some exciting driving experiences.
