A few pics of the show in downtown Los Altos yesterday. Didn't have the 68 there, as my daughter was with me and I promised to take here to the beach after the show.

Saw a few Forum members, lot of nice cars, great show!

Hey Don,
I was there briefly. Took me a while to find the place. My daughter was tired of driving around looking for the place. As soon as we reached, she wanted to leave.

Anyway, glad to hear you guys had fun. The LT1 is looking great as always.

Yep, there were some beautiful Vettes lining Los Altos main street, the pics just don't do them enough justice

I'd like to be able to show the 68 next year, along with the rest of the members Don mentioned

Ah, so you did make it Raj, sorry we missed you! And TK for the complement!

Tony, you sure have a lot of if's there buddy But as the Aussie's say...she'll be right mate!!

In regards to "Sorry Don"... Actually Joanne and I had a pretty good day, We somehow managed to place 1st in the Stock Class ( we ran with our ralley's). And in the raffle we won a DVD player, a really nice leather case for a Laptop (which I can really use), a very nice I believe 6 liter bottle of wine, and a gift certificate to the local deli-bakery where we picked up two very nice home made chicken pot pies that we had for dinner that night.

To top it all off...on the way home, we ran into a 68-69 Z28 (looked all original) on 85 South, that wanted and got spanked!! I'm guessing he didn't see my stripped hood! Muddy Great Day!!

Randy,
Thanks for the photos, looks like you had a good time. We just got home Saturday morning, and one of the guys who lives interstate was staying with me in Melbourne for a few days, so I have not been on the Forum until now.

We stopped in at a car show in Flagstaff on the way back to LA, where they blocked off about six or so streets for the weekend - it was a 2 day show - and we saw every thing from a rat rod to four Plymouth Superbirds side by side. Of course there were a few Vettes, but we'd seen so many while on the Caravan and in Bowling Green, that it was good to see some other cars for a change.

We won't forget the friendliness of the NorCal members who turned up in Dublin to greet us last month or your generosity when you took us out to dinner a few nights later. All four of us are in your debt, Randy.

Thanks again and keep in touch.

Regards from Down Under

Glad to see you made it home safely

We all had a great time while you were here, & hope you had fun on the Corvette Caravan!

Sounds like a Route 66 show you saw in Flagstaff, get any pics?

Went to Chili's again the following week, the waitress said to say hi
