Alright...I know there are a hundred threads on brakes around here so I figured I'd post one more.
So I've replaced EVERY piece on the system and the pedal still gets squishy and goes to the floor. I'm at a lost ideas. The pedal still feels the same as it did before I started swapping out pieces.
The master cylinder/booster/calipers/the little rubber lines up front/short hard lines in back. So I don't know what to do next.
If you already know that there are hundreds of threads on brakes why don't you try searching some of them for the answers? There are only so many problems that a brake system can have and the threads have provided solutions to every one of them. There is a sticky on brakes in the Tech section that might help you out.
We bench bled the master, the whole system and no leaks were found.
Someone was telling me about the rod length in the booster might be different. Could that be true?
It only takes a second for you to find out. You realize these threads drive all of us crazy. Buy a motive bleeder and push the fluid through. I made a similar tool and it worked great. I tried gravity bleeding, vacuum bleeding, pumping with the pedal which just locks the directional valve, none of that worked like the positive pressure to the master.

Yes. Was your master cylinder Corvette specific, or a generic? That could affect pedal travel, but would not account for air in the system (mushy brakes).
