Willcox Customer Service, EXCELLENT!!!!!!
Just a note of Praise for Ernie and all at Willcox.
I placed an order online and had a couple of items shipped to a Vette Buddy in CA who then shipped them over the pond to me here in the UK. Did it that way as I had other Christmas pressies being drop shipped to him as well.
Anyway, parcel turns up and I find I have a RH door handle for my Vette instead of a LH as I had ordered.
A quick mail to Willcox was responded to very quickly informing me of a part # mix up on the site and that a new LH handle would be sent out ASAP.
That was under a week ago and today I have received a new LH handle in the mail!!!
Now that is what I call excellent service and why Willcox have such a good rep on here. I know there are other suppliers that are highly praised for their customer support and I acknowledge that.
Just wanted to say many thanks to all at Willcox and Merry Christmas!!!

Thats good news. I had an issue with seats. they got them from a 3rd party, and i had to stay on top of it to get it resolved. But the correct seats are coming now, and i have an in store credit with Wilcox for the shipping costs on my part. Hopefully there are no surprise costs when i get them here?

Absolutely - a great class act. They resolved a problem I had with a rear shock mount having an incorrect casting angle, and this was several months after I had purchased the part - very pleased.
