It's a great car! I have seen it in person a couple of times. Pictures don't do it justice. "Perfect" is a word that comes to mind. You couldn't build it to that level for what he's asking for it. I wish him well with the sale.

That car is extremely well done. Unfortunately, the newer C3 platform resto-rods won't bring the kind of money the solid axle, mid year and early C3 versions bring. Nice car though.
Very well built car....odd color combination, and that will hurt the sales potential. Small niche market of folks who want a car with C3 styling, high horsepower, show-car condition and finishing, with a race-car interior, ear-blowing sound system and lots of PIZZAZZ. I'm guessing that it cost about $75K to build and that it will only bring something less than $40K.
The car is amazing, I'm not a fan of the red in the interior but can certainly appreciate all that went into the build.
I wish the seller much success with the sale.
A huge smile to the new owners face and a big chubby in his pants when he drives it lolololololol. That car is not your factory corvette anymore, i would love to drive that around a road course. Hope he gets his money out of it.

I disagree, I actually think the color combo will help the car. It's basically a redux of the 96 Grand Sport with the red interior - very desirable in C4 land - and very dramatic in any show. While I typically like my Corvettes the way the General built them, this C3 gets a big from me.
