Kipring,
I have looked high and low.........found a color on a ferrari, titanium/blue......looks good on that car, but still looking , hoping to see a color I like on a Vette......helps me see it on the right car...
Had decided on 99'-00' mid night metalic blue, a vette color, but rethinking, ....too much thinking.
Let me know what you do, as it will be summer before I have all the body work done.
Later,
Jw
Dannyman, I have looked at that site, but can't seem to get past the 80's on that chart, and, for me, it's hard to tell by that chip........but thanks for your reply.

Lot of good photoshop guys over in off topic. If you provide a pic of your car and a color that you want to see on it they can give you a good idea of the look.....but be ready for some abuse too while you're there.
You're ahead of the game if you know what color and car manufacturer. Go to any bodyshop or paint jobber and they can show you a color chip big enough to get a better read on the color.
Or find the car in question in your area and have a closer look.
Champ, thanks for the idea........
as for abuse........they will have to get in line....Between wife daughters, mother and mother-in-law, I'm stocked full of abuse.
I don't have a good picture but the 66 GM Silver chateau slate metallic has a hint of blue under the right light. I had my Chevelle painted that (original color) and I have bright blue interior and it looks great
Thanks guys for the input........and Alan, I have seen the audi color, just trying to get my mind around using a germam color......
volvo has a goodlooking color as well.....
