I'm pretty sure my stockish clock is from Redline and might be about 5 years old now. It worked perfect to the second so far but today I noticed only the hour hand was there.
The second and minute hands have fallen off the main shaft and are lying on the bottom. Looks like it's still working fine though.
Anyone ever seen that before and can I fix it somehow?

The hands just push on - but you gotta pull the clock out to correct it.

And what a PITA to get it out. Mine required a rebuild. I opted to go the quartz movement route and have never regretted it. Nothing like the nostalgia of a real working none digital clock! Its worth fixing!
I pulled the original and it was all broke inside like someone had been in there before me... I opted for the quartz payed 135.00 and love looking down seeing the movement.... old school
Yeah, I'm dreading having to tear the console apart just for the clock but looks like I have no choice.
Hopefully I wont have to disturb the sterio and can tilt the console forward enough to reach behind and get the clock out. But I remember the oil pressure line is tight and doesnt allow too much slack. We'll see.
