Not speaking for Theiskell, but they are very likely polished AL. I put a set of Coys 17x8 on mine over the winter, black spoke instead of grey, and the rims are polished:

TTII 17X8 in PVD finish. So close to chrome you can't tell the difference. Tires are 255/50/17 Nitto 555 Extreme.

Its interesting to see the change from 15" to 17" goes way back to 2010. With all the problems trying to find 235/60/15 tires now 17" or 18" may be the best way to go.

17x8 on all four. Back have a different offset to give it a staggered look.

Not a fan of bling type wheels but that looks really nice, very easy on the eyes, nice color also on the car. Would those be Hookers?

Nice ride, may have to redo my L88 hood this winter, love the black on the hood.

Well I wasn't planning on replacing the original wheels on my 82 but man I'm having second thoughts. They all look great!
