I miss the Pensacola area....I use to live down back in the early 80's (my Navy days) and use to dream about driving an early C3 down that way!!! Maybe taking a nice drive to the Flora-bama!!

I think the Navy pilots originally wanted to be known as the "Bridgehampton" Blue Angels...but the 'brass' balked.

That is so cool. Now if I could have only parked my Daytona Yellow next to yours.........

I was on the ground crew for the Naval Air Reserve Air Barons tactical flight demonstration team in 1971, who were flying A4 Skyhawks. At that time the Blue Angels were flying F4 Phantoms, then went to A4s, then went to F18s.
