Default Front clip issues

So, for awhile now one of my headlights has refused to come up without help. In order to get it to raise, I have to push down on the front end while holding down the light. I've determined that the front clip has somehow lifted upwards partially from where it should be, which is very noticeable on the front left headlight, as well as the hood.

How would I fix this? And where is the front clip actually attached?
It's a '75, btw, if it matters.

Based on the pic in your avatar, check to see whether the headlight support bar on the driver's side has come upbonded from the hood surround panel. If not, left headlight needs to come up.

Surround panel has come unglued. You will probley have to remove the headlight assembly, clean the area to be glued, and mix up an epoxy to reglue the panel. Install clamps to hold the panel down overnight. I've had to do this to each side of my car.
