Adjusting tops??

One of my t-tops sits slightly farther forward than the other. I assume there is some way of fixing that. Can anyone shed some light?
Thanks
There are 4 pieces of hardware that determine the roof panel's location.
One at the front corner of the windshild header. A pin.

Two on the bar that runs from the windshield header to the halo. 2 tongues.

One on the rear outer corner of the halo. A triangle bolt.

You need to remove the T-Top and then the interior trim. Rest it on something soft so you don't scratch the paint. There's two screws, one each side, and nylon velcro type fasteners you need to gently pry apart to remove the trim. Go slow here. If one separates you can epoxy it back in place. Next, loosen the bolts on all the mount points slightly just so you can move them a bit. Put the top back on the car and nudge, push, pull etc... until you're satisfied with the alignment. You can also loosen to adjust the plate & triangle bolt at the same time. Tighten everything down before you remove the top.
Take it off and reinstall the interior trim.
If the top moved in towards the center, the side window may not seal as well against the T-Top weatherstrip. You'll need to remove the door panel and adjust the window tilt a bit.
The AIM has specific directions for window adjustment. It's not hard, just takes some time.
Good luck, Glenn
