I would assume you purists run into stuff like his and have to figure out ways to fix it and keep things all stock,
hopefully the answer isn't buy a whole new dash,
In my case the car is a 69 the screws that go from the inside edge of the center gauges to the side dash pads are stripped and the gauge bezel is loose...fix ideas please!!!

Use some JB Weld putty-epoxy [stick form] to fill the existing hole, then redrill to the correct size and install the screw. You may want to enlarge the hole before you install the epoxy, so that you can have epoxy on the front and back side of the new hole. The epoxy 'patch' doesn't have to be very thick to support that little retaining screw. If you have some matching vinyl dye for your interior color, you can use a little artist's brush to recolor the patched area before you button it up.
