I am thinking of using LKNOTCH for my plates. Is it obvious what it means? I like it for the fact that it's for a girl's car. Appreciate any feedback or other cool plate ideas. Thanks, Andrea
Thanks for the feedback guys. Dantana your too funny. I guess this one's out. I was also thinking about 4u2nv. Is that better? I welcome any other ideas. I have a 69 SB.
I noticed that a plate like "look no touch" might be like the ones I see that have that arrogant pompous feel that instead of smiling it pisses people off , while all vanity plates are pompous to a degree I saw a car with a plate with something like this,
"U NV ME"
The car was keyed and keyed good from many attacks,
"Look no touch" will make some people touch it......
You make some good points 13 Bats. My friend suggested the "look no touch" idea. He said that girls often say that you may look but not touch. I thought it was kind of funny at the time. Now not so much.
I also found out that 4U2NV is taken already, so that's out anyway.

If you look at that cheesy plate frame I have with the mud flap gals that goes back about 25 years, my grandmother got it for me she was well feisty and thought it was "cute"
Now it has that sentimental value to me,
Way back at that same time she gets me a vanity plate that read "OOH BABY"
This was her impression of the radically custom Camaro I had at the time, most people thought it was just me being a tacky player....when I got off that tag a friend jumped right on it and it has been on a rustang ever since...irony is that fellow is a big player,
Point is, people all have different impression of our vanity plates...think up something cool to you...and IMHO try to go for smiles....
May be accused of hijacking this thread but this question is related to license plates. How many here choose a plate the vintage of their Vette instead of a "vanity" plate? I looked long and hard at swap meets and finally found a pair of unrestored but excellent plates of the era of my '69 coupe. Licensing it here in WA as a collector vehicle allows me to run those plates. They are a totally different color than the later and current plates.
It is my understanding that some states do not allow the use of outdated plates under any circumstances. If vehicle is bone stock in appearance I think era plates are great.
And Andrea probably would not even consider FLAT HD.
