Mine is QQ80CRVT (QQ indicating an historic vehicle in NJ).
I've seen several that always make me smile, including SUM VET, ILUVETT, UR2SLOW, 400 HP and 5 MPG (saw yours in Smithville JW3101).
But my suggestion is doing something with your year. 69 RAY, 69 VETT, 6T9 RAY, 6T9 VET, SIXT9VT, or any other variation that lets a non-vette owner know your year.
Again these suggestions that we give you are just that, suggestions. I didn't figure out your vanity tag suggestion and I consider myself an expert tag interpreter (if there is such a thing). However, the decision is yours regardless of what we suggest.
BUT please let us know what you decide!
Andy
I would try to have something with the year. I tried with mine, but everything was taken with '69 or a variation. I am going to get a license frame with 1969 on it as everyone asks me what year it is.
(I live near Lake Norman and I see "LKN" all over the place, frequently used on vanity plates)
PRNDL, do you drive a slate-blue/gray 74-77? I was in the Concord area around Easter and saw a real beauty being washed on a nice day...had to slow to gawk a bit.
Andrea, I like the bush-pilot angle; your original one was way to obscure, although I did figure it out after a few.
Now (and I can't believe it hasn't already been requested), let' see the pix!
I like the idea of putting the year in somewhere, people are always asking. This year I have "82 XFIRE" Last year I had "82 CROSF", so they know what year, than they ask what's the XFire means. Can't win
Didn't you guys ever see the Seinfeld episode where Kramer gets the wrong vanity plates (ASSMAN)? The true owner was a proctologist.
I got a temporary sticker today, so that gives 40 days to decide on a vanity plate. I couldn't figure out how to add pictures to my post, there are some in my album in my profile. You guys given me a lot of good ideas, thank you, keep em coming.

Until now, I thought I caught them all. Musta missed that one. Makes sense now with the NY plate though.
