What a difference 40 years makes!!
Got a new addition to the stable:
2008 M6 Z-51 Coupe.
I'd have to say the General has made a few improvements over 40 years. What a difference driving it vs the '68.
Shifting is smooooooooooth, OK, I do need to rebuild the linkage on the 68
I drove it home ~ 2 hours. Cool A/C blowing, cruise control, killer radio. This is a road trip machine.
After I got it home I did take the C3 around the block, nothing like the sound of a SBC winding up and going through the gears.

Awesome pair!
I have thought about getting a 2010 so that I would have two that are 40 years apart too. Last week, I saw Kerbeck had a Torch Red 3LT coupe that they were willing to let go for a little over $46K and I was very tempted. I even cleared out the second bay in my garage over the weekend. But this morning, they have it marked "sold". I snoozed and lost!

Ok dammit, now you did it.
I was looking at a nice C6 this morning and finally talked myself out of buying it. Now I'm really thinking I need to get it.
