I do not have any assemblies on my wiper blade arms to indicate there was/is a washer option. 
Shouldn't all wipre have this option? Can anyone poswt a pic of what I might be missing - as I just have the arms. Thanks

Hi KB,
Please forgive me but I forget what year you're working on.
68 and some 69 cars had the washer nozzles attached to the rear bottom of the wiper grill panel, the later 69 cars and cars through 72 (and much further) had the tubes mounted on the wiper arms.

Thanks Alan.... mine is a 69. So I think mine were mounted on the wiper arm then - as the wiper hose 'clamps' are at the base of wipers where the rotating mechanism is mounted with 3 nuts.

Ooooooooook ALan. I have compared mine against your pics. I have the upper 'tabs' (if you will)... but the lower connections look like they were never on mine. ....At the risk of asking too much - can you give a more detailed pic of the lower side near the base connection of teh wiper arm?

Alan if you already have some pics of the lower end thats great but if you don't I might have some old arms in the shed I can take pics of.

I sure hope Alan has some pics because my arms are a lot worse than I remember. I paid $2 for the pair ,thats what the tape holding them together said. This is all I got , thought I had more of this type , sorry. Do you think the twisted wire is factory ?
