Corvettes with hitches?

Had one on my '77 in '77...used it to tow my speed boat, 14" flat bottom with 55 chryco, did the job well without bottoming out. Don't forget, the motor in the vette is powerful and with a full frame too...I put the hitch on myself, took about two hours of drilling, fitting, etc. It even prevented damage to the rear end from other so-called good drivers... oops, sorry on their front end! LOL

my buddy had a 69 427 4spd with ZL1 stripe, Ansen wheels etc...it looked awesome pulling his 17' Sidewinder Metalflake black ski boat with a 115hp Merc 6cyl on it (old school, it was 1970)

My 70 coupe lived most of it's life in california and the second owner told me the vette had a hitch at one time on it and he pulled his boat many times to the sacramento river in the 80's. I found the hitch holes in the frame before I bought it and figured the car had pulled something at one time.
