Going to replace rear tint due to age, etc.
Want a level of tint that is dark enough to not see easily inside the back. Have the "legal" level, whatever that is, but you can just look in the car like no tint there. And it in Luminex or some name like that. What level should I get.
Probably will do side windows also. Know I have a legal duty, but... Don't want to over do it, but with the glass t-tops, I don't get much benefit from a darkness standpoint. Tint effectiveness depends on light differential and light through t-tops negates a lot of the light blocking effectiveness.

Texas is very liberal re tint. Do a search, someone posted the TX rules just a few days ago.
I have 20% tint (blocks 80%) and like it. But you can get limo tint (5%) in the back and it's legal.
