Default vehicle certification label

Hi to everyone from down under !!
Can anyone assist with what the numbers refer to on the
blue vehicle certification on the inside of the drivers door ?
I have a 1975 coupe (January ) and unfortunately the original label was removed by a well meaning painter. I have purchased some blank decals
and am ready to type onto but I want to make sure that I am putting
the correct info on it before affixing to the car.
I have researched many books and photos and am fairly sure of
what needs to go on , but just want a second expert opinion from you all.
thanks n best rgds

David, mine is from a july build 1972 so I don't know if the label would be the same as the 1975 model. Hope it helps some. I do know that the GAWR weight would change depending on certain options like air conditioning
Regards
Roy

Not sure if this helps, but here's the page from the 75' AIM that shows the label.

David...order the AIM (assembly instruction manual). Lot's of useful information in the AIM. Do you have access to another 75? It wouldn't hurt to take a look at an original label before you attempt to type up your blanks.
