Hi,
I believe the original Krylon #1613 is still being manufactured but is only available from 'industrial' suppliers.
I bought a new supply a couple months ago from a photography supply house in California.
Although I like the Quanta and the Blitz blacks I still like Krylon the best.
The way I read the Krylon label it's lacquer.
