Well I have changed gas tank and there was no build sheet there. Is there no GM storage ( or other ) of buildsheet from early corvettes that is possible to retain ? I know there is things on the car u can look for that indicates its a bigblock. But all of em things could have been changed. So my question is realy how do I prove till 100 % that my BB is realy a true BB ?

You can still match up engine VIN (vehicle identification number) derivative to the body VIN (driver's side windshield post) along with a transmission VIN derivative to determine if the power team is original to the vehicle. A carb broadcast code will match to the power team and suggest its originality. So there are indicators but perhaps a first step is to determine and document what you currently have and go from there. Many knowledgeable individuals visit the forum here and can assist with interpreting codes and dates and put meaning to it all.
Its tough to confirm originality without the help of original documentation. Individuals with much judging experience can assess a vehicle and suggest whether the original configuration has been retained or altered but its still a judgement. Join your local Corvette club and seek out knowledgeable individuals to assist with your documentation pilgrimage.

Do a search here and you'll find previous discussions where this has been discussed extensively. NCRS offers a Corvette Hysterical Document Services (see link below) but the document copy you are looking for no longer exists. And believe me, many have searched. Even GM contracted with an insider attorney to do an exhaustive search to find such documents but without success.
...Is there no GM storage ( or other ) of buildsheet from early corvettes that is possible to retain?...
No. GM did not keep the production records. If original documentation is not with the car, you are not likely to find it. You may be able to obtain original dealer information from the NCRS, but this will tell you only where the car went after it left St. Louis. The information will not contain anything regarding options.

100%? You can't prove it without original documentation.
FWIW: Copies of build sheets have been found tucked in the wiring behind the speedo/tach; in the wiring behind the center cluster; behind either kick panel; tucked in the springs under a seat; and under the carpet in the rear storage area.
I do not advocate tearing the car apart looking for something which may not be there, BUT keep you eyes open if you are working in any of these areas.
Remember the piece of paper you are looking for is as old as the car and the car is likely to be in better shape.
Thanks alot for all that info I ve been given. Im in the process of a part restotartion of the car. Ive torn down all interior. ( except the speedometer part )( If im lucky it could be tucked in there) And the windowframe is gona be reparied with new a-pillars and upper part, they were kinda rusty. Typical for vettes I learnd. The engine is gona be looked at to. And hopefully a new paint ( original of course ) // Tegman
I understand that the initial panic has subsided and calmness now prevails
Glad you caught that. My ex-wife, her mother was into the local historical society and always referred to it as the hysterical society, commenting on the passion with which the group went about its business over incremental historical documents. Somehow it seemed relevant.
