Before and After Pic's
Here's a cpouple of pictures of my head lights. Finally starting something on this project. Can't wait to get my chassis back. I will post progress pictures as it comes a long.
Before:

After: I installed new seal and dust boot and springs. Sand blasted all parts and painted. The actuator was painted using Eastwood's 4 step kit. I know it's not NCRS, but it looks pretty good to me.

Very impressive!
You should submit your pics to the Eastwood "project of the week" link found on their website. I'm sure they would love to see this.

NICE WORK!
I agree with Champ, it's really fun when you have nice clean parts to put back together.

So was that reconditioned parts you did yourself or were they new replacement parts?
Great Job either way

I sand blasted the orignal parts and bought new head light adjusters, ss springs, seal and dust boot for the actuator. Also replaced the nylon bushing at the pivot pionts. I reconditioned everything else.

Before and After
Thanks to all that have provided feedback. It's this kind of support and positive comments that keep all of us going. I will keep the pictures coming as I complete the frame off restoration.

Very nice work. If this is any indication of your talent and attention to detail, then the rest of the resto should be outstanding!
