I love reading a bunch of low ball offers. I know if I had the car and it was a documented 14k mile car I wouldn't take less than 40k for it! Big block matching numbers and low miles....you can stretch and try for 50k. Look to see what the big boys pay for these cars at Barrett Jackson or Mecum. If it's all what it's cracked up to be it may be worth those numbers. If I had it I would never sell it!
I would love to see photos of the interior to compare to my '71.
Thanks for posting the photos...yes, the interior looks like it should for 14,000 miles and it would be a shame for this '71 to end up as a driver or exposed to any outside elements.
I thought my original '71 BB 4 speed A/C Convertible was low mileage at 55,000 miles, but this 14,000 mile '71 is really sweet.
So what's the deal, are you going to purchase this car? I'd be lucky to get 30K for mine, but if you could get if for 30-35K it would be something to hold on to.
Hope you can post some under carriage and engine photos.
From the pics it looks like a solid original in a great color combo, with docs,i would say 40k maybe on the low side.BUT,without seeing it in person and going over the entire car, putting a true value is just speculation.
