Steering Column Paint - HELP !

Flat, Semi-Gloss or Gloss ?

Can somebody "steer" me in the right direction ???

I painted mine Krylon semi flat black. If yours is a different color I would go semi gloss

Is semi flat the same as satin?
I've had good results with Satin on the center gauge cluster and console shifter plate.

Definitely not gloss or flat.

Hi jlr,
Even with a spray can, I've found you can vary the amount of gloss a bit by spraying the paint a little 'wetter' or 'drier' to get the look you're after.

I painted mine with the same paint as the interior trim I bought from corvette central (79 oyster). I primed it, painted it, then sprayed it with the low luster clear coat.
