Keep cussing, you will get it. There is no easy way to change that particular hose that I know of.
Good Luck

Be careful not to wiggle the part on the radiator that the hose attaches to, it will loosen the connection and make it leak. Ask me how I know ...

Anyhow, I usually put a little spit (gross i know, deal with it, it works) on the radiator and the inside of the hose, and a slight wiggle, it will go on after a couple tries . It's a character builder.

Hope that helps,

Frank

Spread a little dish detergent on the inner surface to lubricate it.

Works everytime, don't forget the hose clamp. I positioned mine so I could tighten it from underneath.

Ok take off the A pillars
Take off the shroud
Take out the fan blade
remove the radiator
put bottom hose + clamp on the radiator
Re-place everything you just took off.
Re-alighn the front end.

I used my girlfriends hands to get it on now the clamp well thats another Beer (case).

Use the dish detergent/light-wipe-of-grease approach for getting the new hose to slip onto the radiator fitting. If you can't get any leverage on it, wrap some duct tape around the hose and leave long enough tape ends to use for 'hand holds' for pulling the hose into position. Then, [carefully] slice through the tape and remove it.

Some parts stores actually sell "radiator hose grease" in little packs. I used it last time and they went on real easy and were easily repositioned several weeks later.
