Did someone graft a complete front end and rear section on a chrome bumper car....or stuff all the interior of a 72 into a late C3?......but the engine bay looks older than 74

It appears that the body panels were replaced. The trim tag shows it as originally being Ontario Orange with a saddle vinyl interior and that would be a correct combo for 72.
I had to laugh at the dry, no rust comment as everything chrome has surface rust on it.
There is a lot of things that need to be repaired for that price. The ad says door panels in good original condition. The passenger side is in poor condition.
And you better buy it soon. Did you see the rubber fuel hose almost touching the header? They used the wire loom to feed the fuel line through and route it around the exhaust. I wonder how long before it gets soft and melts.

how about slashing of the rear window panel of the top....that's obviously damaged from use and time.
it has the potential to look ok. ditch the hood for a stocker or an l88, fix the license plate placement on the rear bumper(why the hell would anyone put that between the taillights?), paint, clean up the interior and it could be a decent looking custom. entirely not worth the effort, but it could be
