In one word No.
I have a 68 and when people ask me if I have a Stingray I tell them no.
A stingray is nothing but a badge.

Over 5 years of attempting to be funny and failing on a forum

Just enough mechanical skills to act like I know what I'm talkin bout,
with strong ability to break stuff.....consistently.

Familiar with terms like muffler bearing, converter wrench, and bubbafied

gm was trying to save money by not puting on the badges .they thought they would be able to stay out of bankruptcy with that savings.
