*Nitpickers*

Yesterday, I finished 3 continuous days of showing my car at the Colorado Goodguys event and I heard critics every day. They are in the minority from those whom I've heard or spoken to.
Used to bother me more years ago but not since I put the car out in its current configuration. Especially when I chime in and say what a sorry state the body and paint are in; pointing out flaws they hadn't pointed out. Or I simply agree what a bucket of incorrect bolts it is.
I encourage them to flame on. What can they say now? LOL. Almost to a person, they either shut up, move on or back peddle.
The car speaks for itself and can handle jealousy better than I.
In overwhelming numbers, folks who stop and look are generous and positive. Like these guys were ...

Besides, without flaws, the car could be accused of being a garage or trailer queen (hauling the amount of junk I had for this event, ok; this time the car rode the trailer but it hasn't been often).
Most of the regulars here know, mine does not suffer those afflictions.
Wouldn't have it any other way.
You take a NCRS gold car to show around here , and it won't be noticed by the judges.... local moron judges wouldn't know a stock car if it ran over them.......recently skipped over several nice clean muscle cars and awarded first place in the show to a beige 1976 VW Rabbit
