Builder is 100% correct! The operative word is "MATCHED"! It is a coordinated symphany of parts and tune - couldn't agree more! Lost count of the times friends and associates would cherry-pick this and that component and end up loosing...let alone gaining any significant improvement in performance over the original spec, or if so it might be very "peaky" and cost a ton somewhere else in the power curve. Yep! What Builder said:
...Couldn't agree more! (Gotta do the homework and where expertise is needed, one would best seek it out, cuz education in this hobby gets expensive real quick!!
Besides...picking a goal and then engineering the mods to reach that goal is as much fun as the actual build...or at least it is for me!)P.
