Default Trailing arm ArGGGG

OK its not my rear wheel bearings its my bushings for the trailing arms and my strut rod (bushings).
I'm looking at re-building the rear end, inner and outer bearings new seals. new spindles, new strut rod bushings,

My question is can I drive the car 100 miles or so .

you are the only one who can answer that question. How squirrely does the car feel at the speeds you would be driving?

Does not drive different just makes a small klunk when going into reverse (louder than the other side ) but the ride and the drive is the same no noise at all.while driving and not squirrely either, yet.

Only makes noise when going into reverse, not drive? When my 75 was doing that it was a rubber cushin stop mounted a little in front of the differential. Replaced that and noise stopped. Just a thought.

The rectangular 'shims' in the little cloth bag are for making adjustments to the seat backs...not for the rear suspension. And, yes, you can drive your car 100 miles with bad bushings. Just don't do anything stoopid.
