Most Knowledgeable CF Member?
People share their experiences and even their downfalls... People vent..( and yes I've had my share of these too) and people learn. Who knows... The Jr. Poster today may be the next whiz of tomorrow. But if we (or you) don't put it in print no one knows... No one learns.
Always remember: The only dumb question is one that is not asked!
IMHO,
Ernie
So does that make the "most knowledgable" the one that has made the most mistakes?
Regardless, it is the collective knowledge of all the members who help me (and many others) avoid mistakes, fix the ones I have made, and no doubt the ones I will continue to make in the future.
Andy
Roger -great with electrical and vacuum - probably more
Noonie - His A/C advice is superb
Alan - Always willing to post a pic of what it should look like
Zwede - super sharp about most everything
Ahoover- Paint section - super willing to help
Its almost a shame to name only some names because there are some stray members that don't post much but know a ton - and willing to help. I only wish that I could be more of a giver.
Anyhow, after posting on this on NCRS.org I was ridiculed. I was characterised as a faddish who didn't know anything at all. He said something to the effect that I was just repeating urban myths from internet forum chat columns. His response was just 100% irrational.
Anyhow, just a few hours ago, I drove to my home in Torrance Ca from
Azusa, California in hot air and stop and go traffic. My 100% ethylene coolant 1997 Thunderbird never experienced any cooling problems. Nor have the many, many years of driving my 68 Vette and 95 Cadillac. He's not the type of person that deserves any sort of meritorious acclamation simply because his opinions, in this circumstance, don't have any bearing on facts. I have no objection for people disagreeing with me, in fact I welcome their opinions and facts. But to disagree with me and just state that I'm reciting urban myths is not intellectually honest.

That is why I picked Roger. Some of the others mentioned have too much attitude.
I like Ernie from Willcox too. But he may do it to increase business. Yet he is informative without seeming to push his products. He is always professional too, even when I complained. I respect that.

I was wondering if anyone was going to mention DB. I liked his advice, although there was a lot of it.
I get so many ideas and opinions here on CF. Couldn't do it without you. So a BIG THANKS to everyone, especially the guys who regularly guide us.
Was a regular poster on the C1-C2 Forum. Very knowlegable, but got tired of everyone challanging him on everything, so gave up posting.

SWC Duke, if you read this, I still have your thermos lid from when we did the "Tuning 4 Beer" with Lars at my house.

This post seems to be a bit more of who is the most knowledgeable AND continuously delivers the advice in a positive, pleasant way. There are many knowledgeable people out there with varying styles of delivery.
