"Spinners" on wheels where you can see the lugnuts don't make sense to me. They're supposed to look like 'knock-off' wheels. And 'knock-off" wheels don't have lugnuts.

They sell the "cones" that cover the lug nut's. But I am hesitant on how they would look on my rim.
