Prices from a private seller is usually more normal unlike the stupid prices dealers put on them.
When I go to Ebay or Craigslist I filter out dealers!

There are lots of cars on here - unfortunately not many C3s. But the numbers follow NADA pretty closely, which is not surprising since the guy is a dealer... And it follows NADA for all cars - including the Corvette C3s.
This supports the point that NOM camaros and chevelles bring more money than a nice numbers chrome bumper car. Sorry to say but true. That 68 camaro is a rodded base model turd with a funky shifter and going for what a nice base 68/69 would go for. The 70 Z28 looks like a fairly good deal and if I was in the market, I would look at that car. It would be a great buy at $20K as they are on the rise. You should consider that car if your in the market. That solid lifter 360 HP motor kicks azz

The Hagerty is running an article on Top 10 chick magnet cars...

An excerpt ....

1968-1982 Chevy Corvette

He said: With the most audacious body ever to grace a factory production car, the C3 attracts attention like no other. While That ’70s ‘Vette saw declining horsepower and ballooning curb weight during its long production life, you don’t have to tell her if yours makes less than 200 horsepower. Certainly she will appreciate your good sense in snagging a collector car bargain, as nice mid-’70s C3’s can be easily had in the teens.

She said: Is that a gold chain you're wearing?
