Elecrical Short
Hi guys, I have a little monster in my 75' stingray and he's laughing at me. lol. Ok. As soon as I turn the inigiton the fuse to the instrument panel lights blows, the engine runs, and when i attempt to shut off the car, the key turn all the way back and the engine continues run. I have to pull the fuse above the instrument panel fuse to turn off the engine. I have removed the dash and cannot find any bad wires.
Could it be the iginition switch? IDK any suggestions would be greatly appreicated!

Most likely a bad ignition switch.
P.S. That little 'imp' that is causing all your problems is Loki, a troublesome little [invisible] critter that delights in causing you to lose stuff and in making things work strangely. Frankly, I glad he's at your place...I'm tired of fighting with the little sh!+...
