freight question
I'm shipping a rr quarter panel from California (93257) to a CF member in Canada (zip S4X4J1). I got UPS quote of $120, now I can't seem to get it shipped for less than $257.00 The box is 55" x 33" X 11" and weighs 19lbs. Slow and cheap is what we're looking for, any ideas

The buyer mentioned he'd had a package shipped Greyhound previously, I contacted them locally, they say they don't ship to Canada. As I recall, they said the same when I called the 800 #

Your package is carrying a Dim Weight of 145#. Ups established DIM WEIGHT a couple years ago and have made changes since to the DIM Factor - LxWxH /139 = 145#.
Call the Post Office, they may be able to get the package there for less money.
