Have a friend help you. Loosen the bolts that hold the hood hinge to the hood (top of last picture in the middle). Then adjust the hood over to the drivers side a bit then tighten up the bolts. Close it gently making sure it doesn't bind anywhere. Then see how the gaps look. If they are still too big on one side, loosen the bolts again and move the hood in the direction of the larger gap. You want to make the gaps the same all the way around the hood. This may take many tries before you get it right. If it were me, I would remove the hood all together to make the repairs to the fiberglass, then put it back on and align it.
