I am pretty familiar with this type of swap, have done a few, a Ford T 5 into a sick 740 Volvo Turbo (with Volvo motor), ZF 6 Speed into my 67 Camaro and T56 into my friends GTA
If I were you, I would consider one of the $30 shifters off of ebay for the T56, my friend just bought one, they are decent and are supposedly a short throw shifter - does seem pretty tight. You could also just buy a good used Hurst or Pro 5/0 base and fab everything else up.
I always had Hurst Shifters and they are great and they are American, I hate to say it but a lot of the China built stuff is pretty amazing, for example SCAT and PROFORM is all China made stuff and performs great.
I think the $30 shifter may be the way to go, especially since it will be cut, modified, welded in order to fit the Corvette correctly.

Use the slave cylinder made for 2001 Camaro (from GM it comes with the throw out bearing) and get the Tick master cylinder for the same car. The mounting to the firewall might need some work but it's adjustable and flows more volume. That would be the way I would go.
You can also use a clutch master cylinder from a 1985 1-ton Chevy truck. The mounting plate is the right angle for the Vette firewall. The pedal shaft needs to be cut and threaded for adjustability but the Camaro shaft probably would need that also.
