What's it worth??
I don't know much about corvettes, other than I have always appreciated them and wanted one some day. Well...I came upon a 1978 Daytona that someone wants to trade for a truck I have for sale, and was wondering if someone could tell me a little more about what that means. More importantly, what it is worth.

Probably means the pace car. It will have the pace car decals on it. You will need good info on the car to know that it is an actual pace car and not a clone. Prices will vary depending on condition, mileage and other factors. It could be worth 5k or 20k. You'll need pictures and much more info before you'll get any good guesses about the value.

Might be one of those Miami Vice cars or even one of those wide body Eckler Can Am things from the 70's.

Ecklers used to sell kits for these goofy looking things in the 70s and 80s and I think they were called Daytona kits.
