Dashpad question
My dashpad for my 1980 is perfect except for the black plastic strip thats up against the windshield that has speakers and defrost vent in it. It is faded and has glue residue from a sunglass holder from previous owner. The glue is hard as rock and im hesitant to try and scrape it off or use a chemical without knowing the best way to refinish the entire surface. Would a person just paint it after? If so what type? Any ideas would be appreciated.
