I have my rear spring bracket off of my 70 coupe as we speak and went out and looked at it and dont see a clover leaf on it any where but there is a W on the bottom side.

That's pretty cool! I wonder what the story is behind that?

Hi Jesse,
That mfg logo IS pretty neat.
I too would be interested in the mfg's name, and if there's an Irish connection!
Thanks!
Regards,
Alan

what kind of statement is this for a supposed Vette owner to make?!?!?!?!? "The plant" is St Louis, kind of odd coming out of your mouth seeing you are from Missouri!!!!
Oh by the way, since you seem unaware of things, they aren't made there anymore...............................

I have seen one of those before. One of our cars is a March build!
I wonder if this was something someone did to cars rolling down the line on St. Patrick's day? Very interesting! Now I just have to remember where I have seen it! I will be following this one. Super interesting!

The big car companies farm out work for small items like that, could be a manufacturer's mark, like the Winter's Foundry snowflake mentioned earlier. It is kind of interesting, I would love to learn a little about the background on this mark!
Keep the shiny side up! (and the four leaf clover down!)
