I had an issues with one of a pair of window gaskets I got from them. They sent me a new pair and didn't ask to have the old ones back. You might want to try another customer service agent. BTW, the gasket kit I got from them was not nearly as good of quality as another set I got from somewhere else. The gaskets were a LOT firmer (not as spongy). I've been through it before with another vehicle with hard gaskets and the doors won't even close right. So, I didn't even put them on. I'll end up selling them on the internet someday.
