If you go to a local graphics shop they can help you get what you want......there will be a small set up fee......they have to vector the art...so get as BIG of an image as you can.....they can make it smaller they just can't make it much bigger.... usually a one off decal is pricey compared to those that are done on a mass reproduction scale...give them a specific size......they can make whatever you want if they have the art work and know what you want.....
This looks like a good one to use if you can find it in a larger version.... they can cut out the bowtie and the squares for the flag and leave them in the negative.....so all you have is white vinyl. get the decal cut out on an edge.......not printed...
