The C3 'crossed flags' emblem is the property of GM. You should first check to see if they offer such an item. Anyone else who sells it would have to pay royalties to GM for it to be legal.
Lots of places sell C5 & C6 decals; but C3's are hard to find.

Buy one of the older air cleaner decals. Many of the 66 to 69 big blocks came with a two piece air cleaner decal. One was the motor/horsepower designation, like "427 Turbo Jet 390 horsepower". The other was the crossed flags. Many of the vendors carry them. Not that large but they might look nice.

What scale are we talking about? If it's something smaller then check ebay.....something for the entire window, however might involve a trip to a sign shop to have one custom made.

If you find the design you want on ebay, this forum, a magazine......you might be better to take that to a graphics outfit and see if they can make it to size for you. I think there might even be some graphic guys on the forum that could help you out.
