Other side of the country, in northern New South Wales (near Tamworth). Small country town called Warialda. I have one tired Vette, but learning heaps and having fun doing it (so far....)

Default ecklers customer service

I am fairly new to buying parts for my 69 corvette. I have had no problems with Zip or corvette centrel, but ecklers customer service is not very good. I had a part on backorder for weeks and they had no idea when it would be shipped to them and then they would ship it to me. I called and talked to a real person to try to resolve the issue. I ended up cancelling my order. I will not be doing business with them in the future.

I think I may have made my first and last purchase fom Ecklers. It is a shame cause their pricing and website seems OK. I have an order on the way from Corvette Central so I will see how that goes. Cheers, Colin.

I've generally used Zip for parts for my C-2 and C-5 and have not had problems. Their staff is both reliable and knowledgable IMO.

there are many quality vendors to check out. in my opinion ecklers should only be used if you have exhausted virtually every other source. Wilcox, keen Corvette parts, Corvette central are all great choices.

Dr rebuild, paragon, zip, midamerica Corvette are some others. each of us probably has our own favorite supplier to use if asked. I had great success and service from both Wilcox and keen when I restored my 78.
