I don't have a problem with wings, in and of themselves. Matter of fact, I've owned and/or raced several cars that had them (mostly open-wheeled). My problem is with wings, or any other bits, that look so out of place as to just scream "POSER!" That's certainly not an image I'd want to project.
IMCO, this one makes an entirely different statement...
As for our posting opinions, pro and con; so? This wasn't posted in WTB. Besides, I'd like to think we're doing the OP a favor by letting him know where we stand before he commits to something most of us believe he'll regret.

Tough crowd sometimes, but I can take it. It's all part of the fun on this forum which I have grown to enjoy so much. When you put yourself out there, you have to expect a variety of responses. It's all good.
If you have a wing that size, it better be adjustable as a few degrees can be the difference between lift and down force. Having raced several cars with wings, unless you have a down force package and know what your doing, it is all window dressing.
