Default front caliper brackets...pic request

OK, so its been a little too long since I removed everything and it appears I failed to get a good picture of this area. I cant see how the caliper mounting bracket attaches to the spindle. THe holes seem too far ofset, so Im guessing there must have been a spacer or something. Can someone get a good picture of how they mate together? The car in question is a 78. Thanks

Hi vk,
The steering arm gets mounted between the spindle and the lower hole of the caliper mount bracket. That evens things out.
It's the rear hole on the steering arm.
Good Luck!
Regards,
Alan

That does make sense, I just wanted to be sure I wasnt missing a spacer or something. THe whole thing is in pieces right now, si its hard to envision how things go back together without good pictures. I usually photo everything as it comes apart, but I think the day I started taking front end off, I got a little excited taking things apart and forgot to photograph it.

I just rebuilt my front end and took some pics to remind myself how to reassemble. Maybe these pics will help your memory
